Testimonials
Testimonials and references are important to new and potential clients. So is relevance. But privacy is important to our existing clients.
So rather than publicly list comments relating to a wide range of completed projects - from development feasibility assessments (pictured above) to major building projects (pictured right) - we prefer to say that if testimonials or references are needed, we will be happy to request them for you once we know the type of project you have in mind.
Traditionally, the majority of our workload has been for the public sector or for private corporations. This has often involved confidentiality agreements and/or strict adherence to the Official Secrets Act. These requirements are onerous and are in addition to the need for full compliance with, for example, the Public Contracts Regulations and prior to the advent of 'Brexit', the EU's sacrosanct procurement protocols for public projects. Indiscriminate use of 'testimonials' for our own publicity is incompatible with the relationships we have with our clients.
